UPDATE 14th May 2021 – Stock shortages have been resolved and all cases are now shipping as normal, generally this is 2 – 3 weeks from placing your order, please refer to each product page for more detail on lead times.
This announcement does not affect the LZ7 which is shipping as normal. We are experiencing some shipping delays with our HT5, CG7 and XTD cases, please read below for more information if you are looking to order one of the affected cases:
Due to the amount of customisation we offer with our cases we make every case to custom order and therefore rely on having the material and component stock available to make each order.
Due to the combined effects of the Global Pandemic along with Brexit we have had some challenges with our supply chain, specifically with materials and components taking longer to be delivered to us.
Up to this point we have been shipping orders on time as per the typical 2 – 3 weeks manufacturing lead time advised at the top of each product page. However we have reached a point where we expect these material delays to now have a small impact on our manufacturing lead times. we expect things to return back to normal from around mid April 2021.
The above delays mainly affect our HT5, CG7 and XTD cases and DO NOT affect the LZ7.
PLEASE NOTE – We are still accepting orders for all our cases. For HT5, CG7 and XTD orders placed from today onward (15th March 2021), we will start shipping these from the end of April on a first come first serve basis.
