It’s been a tough few years for everyone, but as a small UK manufacturer, we’ve been hit hard by a range of factors including rising energy and material costs, the cost of living, and Brexit related import/export challenges. These factors have made a big impact on production costs and availability of supplies.
We’ve held off on passing these costs on directly to our customers but in order to continue producing the cases you know and love, as well as new innovative designs, we need to change how we do business.
Right now we have put a hold on any new orders, don’t worry if you’ve already placed an order, this will be fulfilled – we’re not going anywhere!
We’re in the process of streamlining our sales and manufacturing process so that we can continue to produce our cases to the same high standards of quality and engineering you’ve come to expect from LAZER3D.
Once our new processes are in place we’ll start taking orders again, expect this toward the end of this year.
We will be launching a new website very soon where you’ll be able to order our most popular cases (HT5, LZX-8 and Commander X16). With the full product range and some new products joining the line-up in the new year.
