All of our cases and accessories can be ordered directly from our website shop where we make your case to order with a lead time of around 2 - 3 weeks, we ship worldwide. Or alternatively our LZ7, XTD, HT5 and CG7 cases and accessories are stocked over at Overclockers UK for immediate shipping to the UK, US and most EU countries.
Yes, most of our cases are modular meaning any panel or accessory can be swapped out. For the LZ7 and LZ7 XTD all the panels and accessories are stocked at Overclockers UK (HERE). If Overclockers don't ship to your country please get in touch with us HERE and we can provide a cost for whatever panel or accessory you are looking for.
We make every case to order due to the huge amount of customisation options we offer by default. For this reason we advise a manufacturing lead time of typically around 2 - 3 weeks from placing your order until your order is shipped. Alternatively you can order some of our cases from Overclockers UK, who offer immediate shipping on in stock items.
Our cases are highly customisable with many materials, colours and design options to choose from, however we also get quite a few requests for customizing our cases even further. This is something we can do in certain situations depending on how complicated the request is or how busy we are currently are. Please get in touch HERE to discuss your requirements. Please note we can't always accommodate all requests depending on their complexity, we may also need to charge a fee for the design work in making the changes, the more information you can provide the better to assist with your request.

We ship worldwide when ordering direct from our website, if your country is not available in our checkout options please get in touch HERE to let us know and we will get it added for you. Shipping times vary depending on what country you live in and which shipping service you select during checkout. Typically for orders placed in the UK it will be around 1 - 3 working days. To the US it can be around 2 - 5 working days. For most EU countries it can be around 3 - 7 working days, some can take longer due to slower customs. Rest of the World can vary greatly, we try to list an estimated shipping time next to the shipping service during checkout to give you an idea of how long it may be.

Prices shown include 20% VAT, no import fees will be requested as we ship from the UK.
VAT is deducted from the order total during checkout when you select US as your shipping country. It is our understanding that US customers do not have to pay any import fees for goods purchased from the UK under the value of $800, therefore you will not be charged any import tax/customs fees.
By default if you live in the EU you will not be charged UK VAT (it will be deducted during checkout), you instead may be required to pay import/customs fees in accordance with your local authorities rules, typically this is handled by the shipping company who will contact you before the delivery is made. The customer pays local VAT before customs releases the goods for delivery, this is known as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). However, for some EU countries we are able to collect the VAT on your behalf and pass it onto the shipping company to simplify the process for a faster delivery service as well as reducing fees, this is known as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). For countries where this service is available VAT will be added to your order total during checkout.
REST OF WORLD You will not be charged UK VAT (it will be deducted during checkout), you will instead be required to pay import/customs fees in accordance with your local authorities rules, typically this is handled by the shipping company who will contact you to arrange payment before the delivery is made.
From time to time a minority of parcels can take longer to be delivered than expected, although frustrating this is generally not something to worry about. Delays can be due to a number of reasons that are out of our control including things such as customs delays or shipping network congestion, please rest assured it is highly unlikely that your parcel will not get delivered. In the unlikely event that your parcel is severely delayed or appears to be lost, please get in touch with us HERE with your order number and we will get in touch with the shipping company to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The last few years have been very challenging for shipping services, with many new rules and procedures imposed due to Brexit and COVID. Whilst the shipping companies and customs agencies are getting to grips with these changes, it has led to a small number of parcels taking longer than usual to be delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. BREXIT and VAT - now that the UK is no longer part of the EU the rules for paying VAT have changed and new import/export rules now apply, please see the "Import / Customs Charges" section for more details.
Cancellations and Returns
If you have just placed an order and have changed your mind about a certain customisation option, we should be able to change it for you before your order is shipped. Please let us know as soon as possible to increase the chances of us being able to make the change for you. If you have just placed an order and would like to cancel it for a refund, please get in touch within 1 week of placing your order HERE with your order number. Please note that PayPal do not refund back their fees (3.5%) which will therefore be deducted from the refund total. If you would like to cancel your order more than 1 week after placing it, we will have started manufacturing your case at this point, for this reason there will be an additional 15% deducted from your refund amount to cover the costs incurred. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
In the unlikely event you have received your order and the case is damaged or the order is incorrect, please get in touch HERE with your order number and a brief description of the issue and we will get it resolved for you as soon as possible.
Due to the amount of customisation we offer in our cases, every case is made to custom order. For this reason we are unable to accept returns. The case you have received was manufactured to your specification and therefore cannot be resold by us to someone else. Thank you for your understanding.
